Tom was a wonderful man and a good friend. He was an example of what we should all strive for. He was generous, loving, kind and patient. The photo of him on this page is a great depiction of who he was. He loved the outdoors and he always had a smile on his face. His happiness was contagious and he was so fun to be around. Tom truly was an example for me and I actually strive to let my kindness and happiness show as he always did.

I loved spending time with Tom and Sher when we went hunting and I will miss those days but will treasure the memories I have. His example will always be a part of my life as I strive to be more like him. I am so fortunate to have called him my friend.

I knew Tom from his high school days in Liberal, Kansas. Tom dated my older sister, Betty, back then. He had a cool black 56 or 57 Ford with a hot V8 that I really liked. I remember a fun boating and water skiing excursion that he and Betty took me and a friend on down to Fort Supply, OK. My prayers to all his family.
