I just saw this and immediately called Bill in West Virginia. We are both so sorry for your loss. Your mother was so very special to our entire family. The most graceful, sweet person we ever knew, teaching lifes lessons by her example of how to really treat people, loving, forgiving .She was so in Love with the Lord that she believed in. We were blessed to know her and so blessed to have all of you as part of our family.
With love, prayers and greatfulness for her life.

Evelyn was a lovely woman. She was so active in the communities where she lived. I remember her as a coordinator for volunteers for Wyoming PBS in the early days of their fund drives. It was always a pleasure to run into her at community events.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful person Evelyn was - she was incredibly organized, well respected, and kind, and good get any of us to do anything because we liked her so much.
In 1991, she became the very first "Volunteer Coordinator" for Wyoming Public Television. In this capacity, she literally lined up hundreds of phone volunteers for us to answer telephones during our first pledge drive in 1991,and thereafter for about 3 years. She did a remarkable job, and we were so sad when she decided to leave and take on other community challenges. She got us off on the right foot, and everyone loved her.
A very special, classy lady - not many people can compare with her in the way she took care of business, the way she contributed to her community, and her loyal, happy, positive demeanor. She was a spark in our community and will be greatly missed.
