To Shane's Family--I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I was Shane's advisor at the University of Wyoming. I saw Shane grow tremendously while he was here and will miss him greatly.

I am so sorry. My memories of Shane at the T Cross are all with that big smile on his face and endless enthusiasm. I was so impressed the day he showed me "fish tickling", and his skills as a horseman were impressive. I'll never forget one morning when we had difficulty bringing in the horses (it was not Shane's turn to wrangle), and he hopped on Bueno bareback with just a halter and headed out to help us. I remember looking over as we came back with the herd and seeing him riding like hell, jumping willows and water with ease and thinking that I couldn't ride like that with a saddle!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you . Shane was a great young man .
