Frank was a great man and will be missed by many. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I wish there was something I could do to ease your pain right now. In time your memories will warm your heart instead of make it ache ache but until that time trust in our Lord's promise of Eternal life and ask him for the strength to except his will.
Daria Wood - 3/11/2015Sincere sympathy for all of you at this time. Frank was a good man, honest and caring about others and his interest in life was diverse. He will be sadly missed by those who knew him and those that didn't missed a light shining. God speed Frank!

I truly enjoyed watching the DVD- beautifully put together. Lynn Harlan, KC
One of the last times I visited with Frank he came over to a dog clinic hosted by Allison Jarrard, Jack Knox was the dog guy. Frank always appreciated a good dog!
Well, Frank, you went on ahead of your compadres, but there are friends and family waiting to chat and catch up on things. You always had time to visit for a few minutes, no matter how busy your schedule. Whether a social chat or a discussion of a more serious nature, you gave folks your undivided attention.
Facing serious health issues with courage...you were forthright that it got in the way, sometimes, but was not something to dwell on. Humor and laughter were there to keep others thinking positively, as well.
The large cirle of folks whose lives interacted with yours are going to feel the void and miss the common sense brought to the table. Family will be missing you and a bigger world that became a part of yours. Happy trails, Frank. John waits at the gate; it's your turn to open it!
Most of what I knew about Frank I learned from his sister, Gig. She told wonderful stories of their growing up in Lysite.
However, I was able to see Frank in action, one year, at the Fremont County Fair Parade on Main Street in Riverton. He was running for the Legislature and he had his dogs in the parade following his commands. The crowd was spellbound. He had a big grin on his face. It was so impressive. I will never forget it.
Wyoming lost a solid citizen who gave so much to the local community and the state.
May all of his family and friends be comforted by special memories.
Frank was a wonderful, kind and generous person--remaining courageous and ever so "tough" throughout the battle with his health issues. A good friend who will be missed ever so much! May your many precious memories comfort you --our love and prayers to all of the family.
