Not a day goes by that I don't say a silent “Thank You” to my dear friend Jim. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with a life threatening malady. Confused and terrified, I turned to Jim. He immediately came forward and offered both his emotional support and his professional guidance. He rejected the treatment plan I'd been considering and told me how and why I should pursue a more radical surgical intervention. He was right! Post operative analysis suggested a far more negative prognosis then had originally been proposed.

So today, as a five-year-three-month surviver, I can once again say: Thank You Jim...My Dear Friend.
