We send our sincere condolences to you all regarding Harold's passing. We really enjoyed our visits with him and the time we got to spend with him. He was a good friend and very nice person. The best to all of you.

Our condolences to the York family on the passing of Harold. Harold and I worked side by side on many highway projects while working for WYDOT in Riverton and Lander. What an inspiration he was. Harold was a dedicated employee and family man. He will be missed..
