McIntosh, Joseph E. "Joe"
Travis, Laurie and kids-
We were sad to learn of the death of your father and grandfather. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Becky Emerson
I would like to send my sympathy to your family and especially my friend, Kathy. We attended Jeffrey City schools together in the 60's and I have many fond memories of visits to the ranch. I'm sorry to say that I don't remember Joe but do remember having a great time with all of you. I lost track of Kathy, as we do when we grow up and move away, but want her to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. My maiden name was Joan Archuleta, and my family owned the Jeffrey City Cafe next to Eddie Basden's Bar. Once again may the memories of your dear brother and those who have gone before him give you the comfort that you need at this time.

Dear Jennifer:I am so sorry that you lost Joe. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Love, Dinky
Dinky Peverley - 10/1/2008Travis and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Jennifer & Mindy...First of all...I love you both VERY much. I am sorry you guys are having to go through this. I feel very lucky to have gotten to know the three of you over the past five years. Joe was amazing...and so funny! He was an inspiration to everyone...because he NEVER let his illness be an excuse.
He loved the two of you so much! Eric, the kids, and I feel very lucky to have known such an amazing man! We are really sorry for the pain you are going through and the sadness that you feel. You know where to reach us, anything we can do...we will.
Remember this..."Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but love leaves memories no one can steal." May the memories of his love bring you peace! I love you! (((HUGS))) Liz Erickson (with my husband and kids-Eric, Minnie, Edwin, and Torin)
Dear McIntosh Family,
It is with such a heavy heart that I write this. Our Prayers are with you.
I know that my sister Adah will be just as taken back to here about Joe. It would be so nice to back up to the early years of Jeffrey City again and see all the Old Timers. All the children at the ranch running around. Once again please know our thoughts are with you.
Polly and Adah Edwards
A special note to Travis you are in our thoughts double time.
