I am so very very sorry to hear this news. I’m sure it is bittersweet for all of you as you know that Kathy is no longer suffering or limited in her abilities and in the arms of our Savior. However your loss is tremendous and one that will always be with you. Kathy was an amazing Woman and she always had a smile and a kind word for everybody she met. Her sense of humor and wit will be remembered and treasured by all who knew her. Please take comfort in all of your wonderful memories and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

I loved Kathy like a sister! We had over 40 years laughing and teasing each other. Every time we talked it started with, Hi Mrs Vincent, this is Mrs Vincent. We thought we were so funny! But, our dear other sister in law, Gretchie, has volunteered to be the proxy for Kathy. We will miss her humor her laugh her kindness and her love ?? I love you, Joel, Janine, Mark and Robert! She will be missed ??

I was so sad to hear that the world lost another one of the good ones. As a former ABE/GED practitioner from Casper, I was honored to get to know Kathy at various conferences and director meetings. She had a great sense of humor, and was never afraid to fight for what she believed in. My condolences on your great loss!

I am heartbroken by the loss of Kathy. I worked as an instructor in the High School Equivalency program with Kathy for the last 4 years that she served as Director. She was the best boss, and the best human a person could ever know. Your family is in my prayers.

I was very sad to hear about Kathy's passing. She was an absolutely wonderful person who had such a passion for helping the students enrolled at her program at CWC. I don't think there was a student she ever said no to. It wasn't in her vocabulary. She will always be remembered for the beacon of light and of hope for a new tomorrow. She truly changed the lives of many. She will hold a very special place in my heart as she was a friend I will never forget. Rest in peace my dear friend! And to Kathy's family, please know that Kathy was loved by many and will be forgotten by none.

Best years working in Adult Basic Education were those we spent with Kathy. I worked in Casper, she in Riverton. When she arrived at our statewide meetings, the fun began when she came through the door. Rest In Peace dear friend.

Kathy was the best friend, boss, co-worker, and partner in crime that a person could have. I spent 18 + years working with Kathy and friends many years before that. She was compassionate, empathetic, dedicated, and a whole lot of fun. I truly enjoyed her sense of humor, and we had many laughs over the years. She will be sadly missed. Rest in Peace my dear friend!

I'm gonna miss seeing her come into the Roasted Bean for lunch. She was always so sweet to me. She will hold a special place in my heart. My love goes out to Joel and their family.

I am sorry to hear the news about Kathy. She was a great asset to the college and worked hard to create a great learning environment for her students. Her efforts to improve the program are reflected in the facility and staff that she left behind when she retired. Her goodness is reflected in her family. Sweet Kathy, you will always be remembered and missed. When I began in Adult Education in 2005 Kathy was the first friendly face I encountered. She had a way of putting you at ease and bringing humor and levity to any circumstance. She was also a fierce advocate, a dedicated Director, and would always find a way to bring excellence to her work. I loved her as a friend and colleague. My condolences to her husband and family. Dear Joel, Janine, Mark and Rob: May your lifetimes of memories forever provide comfort in your bereft states. As you say, knowing Kathy is released is a blessing. What an incredibly marvelous person! I knew Kathy starting in the late 1990s and lasting until my retirement in 2010; she hired me to teach GED. I’d had a gratifying career with meaningful other work I loved throughout my life and public education was a big change. But Kathy was the most wonderful boss I ever had. And she could be both boss and friend—a rare ability. Serious, committed, ethical, playful, and above all, serene in affect. She always found strength to solve problems and didn’t let small issues deter her from the goals. She was a superb listener and teacher as well. She was such a consistently positive person in words and deeds and I’m grateful to have known her. What a legacy she leaves.
