Auntie Ella - 1/18/2021Fran & family,
So very sad to learn of Rich's accident. Please know you are in our thoughts & prayers, wish I had words to help comfort you, ease your pain. Keep those camping & hunting, 4 wheeler outing memories close, cherish those times. Sincere condolences, Merlene & Larry.
For the family, friends and all those who knew, loved and respected Rich our hearts go out to you. I only knew Rich through my husband and son inlaw who worked alongside him for many years. I heard he could be a bit of a hard ass at times because he did his job well and expected the same from others, those that worked with him may of grumbled about him from time to time and thus they respected him. He could be rough but would have their back when needed. Those that knew him have said his eagerness to laugh with you was unmatched.
It isn’t often the world loses someone who many admired. His physical presence will be greatly missed although the memories he created with all those in his life will brighten someone’s day in moments of sharing.
He leaves behind a legacy that many will honor.
God Speed, watch over your loved ones. Be their guiding light in times of stress and worry and that joyful memory that makes another day worth it.
RIP Sir.

Don Erickson - 1/21/2021Francine and family, no words could possibly convey the feeling nor heal the pain. You are in our thoughts. It is in our love for others that we find the light that even the candles we burn in memory for those who are gone: As long as we carry that torch within our hearts, those whom we grieve for are really never gone - they live on within our hearts. We grieve your loss, peace to each of you.
Jim Andersen - 1/21/2021Rich lived life to the fullest. Yes, he was rough around the edges, but he had a generous heart and his own style humor, We have great memories of camping trips and hoped to have many more. But, not to be. He didn't leave alone, Charlie & Pooch were there to escort him across the Rainbow Bridge. Our condolences to Joe & Rita. RIP Brother Rich!
