What a treat it was to spend time with Virginia and have the opportunity to teach with her. May you treasure the great memories you made with her. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

What a lovely and special lady, she will be missed by so many people. Prayers to the family for Gods grace and healing to be placed on each one of you.

Mrs. Twitchell was one of my favorite teachers- I had her for both for 5th & 6th grade at Fort Washakie school. My best memory of her is that she frequently encouraged her students by saying "Do not be mediocre!" That advice has served me well & it helped to inspire me to try my best academically. I now teach 4th graders at FWS, and I advise my own students by saying "Don't settle, try your hardest, and do not be mediocre." Thank you Mrs. Twitchell for challenging me. Prayers...

Virginia was authentic, spoke her mind, and was a joy to be around.

Luanne and all of the families-I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was a very sweet lady, sounds like she would've been an amazing teacher to have had. May the memories keep you wrapped in her love. My prayers are with you all. Rest easy, Mrs. Twitchell

My heartfelt condolences and prayers are with her family. She was my favorite teacher at Fort Washakie School. I remember how supportive she was and I appreciated her guidance, which stayed with me for life. I babysat her grandchildren in her home while her family branded cows, when I was in 6th grade. As an adult, she always had encouraging words for me when we would cross paths. May she rest in eternal peace. My prayers are with her family and they will continue.
