Thinking & Praying for the David family, what a great young man, so sorry for your loss...

Dearest Weston, Emily, Lincoln, Madison and Ford.
We have such good memories of Nixon trying to teach Vernon how to catch Lizards at the shop. Crouch down spread your hands and arms out and sneak up on them. That's how you do it.
Thank you for bringing the boy's by on Halloween. What a joy for us to see the costumes and talk with them.
Nixon will forever remain in our thoughts and hearts.
Our word's will never express the sorrow we feel for your loss and how much we love all of you.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. From the obituary I know you have wonderful and fun memories to treasure. Nixon was obviously a young man who left his mark on the world in the short time he was here.

There are no words to express how very sorry I am for your family’s loss. We did not know Nixon but he was obviously a wonderful young man! Your family is and will be in our thoughts and prayers!

My heart bleeds for all of Nixon’s family. What a tragic loss. After reading this wonderful obituary I can see that he was full of his dad Weston’s and his grandma Coleen‘s personality. I met Weston while teaching st School District 25 and I went to school with his grandma Coleen at St. Stephen’s. Your wonderful family will be in my continued prayers.

Nixon had a way of living life like we all need to emulate, he lived more in 10 years than most do in a lifetime. He always had us smiling and laughing at him wondering what he was up to. I am so very sorry for your loss. I met Nixon when I completed a pre-school screening with him when he was little. I knew at the time that he was a very smart young man and quite a character. After reading his obituary, I know I was correct! My deepest condolences.

I’m so deeply saddened and sorry you have to know the pain of surviving a child and will walk this path of grief that only a parent knows. I’m holding you in my heart. I clearly remember Nixon at Parents and Tots years ago, such a remarkable young child who I have enjoyed watching grow via social media. I’m so very sorry. ~Michelle

I met Nixon in the lunchroom at school, where I helped for about a year, with Mary. He was definitely my favorite kid, with that gorgeous red hair, and his adorable personality! I noticed his generosity, and compassion for his friends, and although he could sometimes be "naughty" it was never in a bad way, never mean, never failed to make you appreciate his quick mind- and terribly endearing!
He will be missed.

I met Nixon while substituting at the school. He was a joy to work with and yes, he did take me out to his locker to show me a lizard he had in a box. I am so sorry for your loss. The world lost a wonderful young man.

Dear David Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Reading the obituary made me think he could have been best friends with my son who is the same age and likes all the same things. They would have been two peas in a pod! I hate tragedies like this but it helps me be a little more appreciative of my son's preciousness. You are all in my thoughts and I pray God will bring you peace and comfort.

RIP Nixon. I only met you one time but you left an impression on me. I wanted to get to know you better. You were so polite and sweet.

I am so sorry about Nixon. He sounded like a wonderful person and a beautiful soul. We went to the same school and I graduated with his sister Madi. I always loved to look over at Nixon and Ford always cheering her on. Saying goodbye to someone you love is the worst and no matter how many you lose, you are never ready for it. Just know that I am thinking about you all. And if you ever want to talk or just have me do the dishes, just let me know.
