Winchester, Dale Keith
Uncle Dale- (Aunt Penny)
We love you guys so, very much and Uncle Dale you will be missed so, very much. Words cannot describe the Uncle Dale we grew up with and the amazing memories we will cherish. The Reunions will never be the same . You were the glue that held the Winchester's together. We love you! You were giving, caring and willing to help anyone in need and friend to anyone... The laugh and smile you had will always be remembered.. I love you Uncle Dale!
Penny and family,
Our sincere condolences in the loss of Dale. He was the glue that held the Wyoming and South Carolina relatives together. I thank God for the opportunity to spend time with you and him this summer in South Carolina visiting relatives. Precious memories to carry in our heart’s forever.
He was so passionate about keeping the Winchester Reunion going in both states.
His love for family was evident in his daily life and helping others in Teen Challenge was an inspiration for others to get involved.
We love you,
Helen and Jimmy Lee
To all of the family it saddens me to hear of this news, he was a man always willing to do for others. His work with Teen Challenge is only one of the many ways he helped strangers and friends alike. The Harmon family grieves your loss it is a loss to all of us.
Dale Harmon - 9/12/2021So sorry to hear this. Dale was a good servant of the Lord!
Bob Smeja - 9/12/2021Penny, Sara and I will cherish the memory of Dale forever.
We will never forget the long ride in the mountains and the "almost flat tire" and Billy the Kid's hideout among all the other stories about the Winchesters that mean so much. We only regret that we did not find each other sooner. We are here for you if you need us.
Ray and Sara Martin (Grandson of Ida Winchester Martin)

Penny and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Dale was a great guy. I enjoyed working with him many years ago at the bowling alley.

Everywhere he went…there was a friend
waiting to greet and catch-up
He had a smile that moved the soul
and a laugh that lifted the heart
with a scorn meant to correct when so needed
Slow to judge
Slow to anger
Quick to trust – unless broken
Always willing to give second chances
He said his Bride was his 1st priority
but NASCAR/Corvette came in second
Dale - Anyone who loves you will miss you
…Just as Jesus welcomes and greets you
…..Till we meet and catch-up again….
Dale was a most special person and a great neighbor. He worked on many projects for the neighborhood and solved many problems. Dale's word was the gold standard. When he made a commitment you could always count on the project being done. My wife and I will miss him along with the rest of the Moss Lane neighbors. Our sincere condolences to Penny and his entire family. God speed Dale Winchester!
David & Julie Stringham - 9/13/2021Penny & family,
Words fail to adequately convey our deep regrets for your loss with Dale's home-going. Whether people knew Dale for decades or a few days they all knew they met a great man who loved the Lord and served Him tirelessly. It was a privilege & a pleasure to serve with him in the Teen Challenge ministry for a couple of decades and then again at Keystone Door. In every situation, Dale always exhibited the love and wisdom of Jesus. He was kind and gracious to the millionaires and the homeless drug addicts who made it into the doors of Teen Challenge. His race has ended and he is finally home, still waiting for the rest of us to catch up to him.
All our love and prayers, Penny!
Condolences to the entire Winchester family. May you find peace during this time of sorrow.

I came to know and respect Dale through his business at A-1 Door as well as the amazing work he did with Teen Challenge. I take comfort in the fact that Dale was a true believer and he is now in God's glorious light.

Nanci and I extend our sincere condolences. I look back with fond memories of the 30 years we worked together as a team. I know Dale as a man of principle, focus and love for his fellow humans. Rest in Peace my friend.
Dale was our direct neighbor for the last 22 years. He was the most selfless person we ever encountered. Dale was a true friend. Helping was his passion, he was ready to give and never asked for something in return. His advice was invaluable, his experience was next to none. He was the historian of Moss Lane having moved here some 40 plus years ago. He knew everybody and everybody knew him and had a good story to tell. It is difficult to imagine not seeing Dale on his tractor, working in the garden and taking care of problems. His passing is an incredible loss to Penny and to everyone on Moss Lane who had a chance to meet him . We are going to miss you forever Dale.
Our condolences go out to Penny and to the Winchester family.Uli Bueff and Chantal Decavel
