Foote, Kathy
So sorry Jenn. My prayers are with you and your family.
Carol Frazier - 11/3/2022
You taught me how to write essays for college prep English but words cannot describe the pain I feel today. I really wish I could have said goodbye.
A prayer for the mourning:
Blessed are those who mourn,
For God will comfort them.
Lord, let us trust in your comfort,
Let us trust in your love.
As we grieve, we feel loss,
Though we know we are blessed.
Blessed to express gratitude
For our companions on the journey.
Companions on earth,
And companions in heaven.
Blessed to know that
You have conquered death.
Blessed to hold in our hearts that
You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Blessed in community
To carry one another,
To share love,
To share memories.
Now, more than ever
May we cling to the life you promise.
May we remember that,
With Your grace
We are all walking toward Your light.
With you, we are walking toward home.
Lord, bring us peace as we mourn.
Amen.

For Kathy's family,
I knew Kathy many years ago, when we were both working at SSIS. I always felt she was such a kind soul who really cared, teaching was in her heart, not just a job.
My sincere condolences for your loss.
Merlene Hudson (school cook) - 11/4/2022Words cannot describe the pain I feel. Losing sisters is hard. I have so many memories of "Pepsi" runs, garage sale shopping, getting lost when taking new shortcuts, spending time as family. I enjoyed most weekends in your home until I moved to WI in 1980. Those are some of my favorite memories and I will cherish them forever. After moving to WI and seeing you less, came my move to AZ. There were times of laughter and tears through many calls but I wish there would have been face-to-face visits and a time to just sit and visit. I will miss talking to you on the phone but am very glad that you are no longer in pain. I will love you forever and ever. Susan

I am so sorry for the family in the loss of Kathy. We worked together at SSIS. She used to ride with Carol Shanafelt to SSIS. I saw her a couple of months ago at Sundowner and we were able to catch up. She will be missed.🙏🏼
