Misty Mason - 11/26/2009I am very sorry for your loss. It is hard to lose such a young person who has the rest of his life ahead of him. I only met Tyler once, while transporting him from Wyoming Medical Center to Rocky Mountain Oncology for his treatments. It was obvious that he did not feel well, but he had such a positive attitude and made me say to myself, "That is amazing...here this young man is, dying of cancer, and he still has a smile on his face." Mandy, you seemed to be such a strong lifeline for Tyler. He spoke very highly of you and his eyes lit up when talking about you. My thoughts are with you and your baby in this very difficult time. Please know that Tyler touched our hearts as well, even if it was only briefly. Take care and my thoughts and prayers are with you!
Angelena Potter (WMC Paramedic) - 11/26/2009Ray,
My prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family. May God give you strength to get you through this time. Mike Lance Jackson

I pray God comforts you. As time go's on I hope your memories bring you comfort. God Bless your Grandchild. Please know you are in our whole families thoughts and prayers. We love you. Your cousin, Annie

Dear Family of Tyler,
I did not know Tyler, or any of you, but my heart just went out to your family. The loss of a dear son, husband, father and friend at such a young age to dreaded cancer is so heart wrenching. I have empathy for you all as a year ago I lost a dear friend to cancer. She was a mom, wife and dear friend. Many friends and I helped with hospice until her death.
Many times our pain is so great as we may anguish over Why, Why? Something that has really comforted me is knowing the the answer is at Romans 5:1, quoting from the King James Bible: "Wherefore, as "by one man(Adam) sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men,"for that all have sinned." Knowing that from babies to elderly ones we have inherited sin and death from Adam. It is not that we have done anything wrong. Thankfully, our Grand Creator sent his dear son to pay the ransom price for what Adam forfeited so we can have hope in the resurrection. For the vast majority of ones who have died this will mean a standing back to life here on earth in a paradise. John 5:28-29; Psalms 37:29. Of course, besides this great multitude that will live here on earth are a little flock bought from the earth to rule with Christ Jesus for a thousand years. Revelation 14:1 says it will be limited to a 144,000 ruling with Jesus. Rev. 7:9 refers to a great multitude they will rule over. What a joyful time it will be when you will put your arms around Tyler and the tears of joy will flow as you welcome him. Rev. 21:3-4 promises an end to suffering, tears, sorrow, death here on earth. Heaven has never been plagued with these conditions, so it is here on earth they will be eliminated to mankinds great joy.
May the hope of the resurrection ahead give you all comfort. Take much comfort in the fact this sweet young man is not suffering and will wake well very soon.
We are so very sorry for your loss, our heart goes out to all of you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our deepest and sincere condolences to all of Tyler's family. We were very saddened to hear that he had passed away. It is never easy to lose a loved one and especially one so young with so much to offer. We remember Tyler well from all of our years in wrestling and though no words can truly convey our thoughts, we wanted to express our sympathy. May the Lord comfort you during this time of loss. What sad news to here of Tylers passing. So young and so much to give.
We have kept you in our thoughts and prayers since we first heard of Tylers illness.

Dear Ray & Carla,
I read about your son in the Casper paper, and extend my deepest sympathies to you and all your family. How sad and difficult it must be to lose your son, who sounds like has a beautiful family. I'm so sorry, and pray that in this tragic loss, you reach out and touch the hem of Jesus garment, and that you are overwhelmed with God's love, peace, mercy and grace. My sincere sympathy, Laura Petersen Lynn, classmate from 1974

I am so sorry to hear about Tyler. You and your family are in our prayers. Although I did not know Tyler very well, he always seemed like a wonderful young man when I used to watch him wrestle in high school. I really enjoyed watching him because he reminded me of his dad.
I am sure he will be missed greatly by his family, please accept our deepest condolences.
Deepest Sympathies,

Dear Carla and Ray,
I found out about the passing of your son, Tyler, from Laura (Petersen) Lynn. She had read about it in the Casper Tribune and she was kind enough to share this information with me. From reading the other comments in this guestbook, it sounds like he was a wonderful person, son, husband and father. Sounds like you raised him right.
There just are no words to convey Kirk's and my sympathies to you and all of your family and the Kinney family. I just cannot even begin to imagine the immense loss you must be feeling right now. I know you will receive much comfort from your little granddaughter, Dahlia. What a gift he left behind!
You are in our thoughts and prayers. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
Vicki (Harkins) Lunt (Classmate of 1974)
