Even though I didn't know Leo that well, I do know he was a really good man and he loved helping out with anything anyone asked of him, it is such a shame to hear this but he will be missed by many people.

My condolences to Leo's family and friends. May his soul rest in peace.

Leo was a caring, soft spoken friend who was always there to help out. I told a friend, that Leo was everyone big teddy bear. Always hugging and laughing.

He will be missed.

He was amazing person always smiling even through the pain. He will be remembered always in our hearts. I will be missing our talks and our friendship. He always rooted me on and kept me trying. There is no one I've ever met like him. He was a one of a kind man that stood by his family friends and community. Gone but never forgotten rest easy my friend. 

He will be missed and good sense humor always 😉 

My deepest condolences. Proud to have served with Leo on Fremont County Fire Protection District. I was more proud to have him as a friend. We didn't talk enough, but I will miss the chats. He always brought additional perspective to conversations and helped educate me about his culture and the area. I'll wrap this up as I did our last conversation. You're a good man Leo and I miss you.

Leo was one of a kind..we had so many plans but his life was cut too short. I will miss you with all my heart..you were my friend..my soul mate  and a second dad to Sierra and granddad to  Marcena..I miss you practical jokes..witty come backs..but most of all the love you gave so fully..My prayers are with your family and friends

So sorry to hear of "Little Leo's" passing. I have such wonderful memories of working with him at Arapahoe School. One time a student spilled a pop in a van & it ran all over the place. What a mess!  Leo just took it in stride & cleaned it up (with the student's help). He always made me smile. Such a big heart. My prayers with the family & may Leo rest in peace. Until we meet again!

I couldn't believe what I was seeing on County 10 ! So very sad to learn of "little Leo's" passing. We never know when our creator will call us home, and don't know why he chooses some so young. Leo was always so kind and happy, always smiling. Wearing his shorts in the middle of winter was such a trademark I think everyone who ever new him, loved him. Our sincere condolences for all his family.

I was so sorry to hear of your passing. You, your dad and Bridger were the bright spots in my life while I worked at the school. I am glad the friendship continued after I left. Bert really enjoyed working with you at Battalion I. Rest in peace my friend, I know Bert will be glad to see you in heaven.

This such a shock.  Leo and family are so kind and loving. He was amazing person always smiling and he had the most wonderful heart.  I pray peace and comfort for you, his family and friends.

I meant little Leo in Jeffrey city he was so fun to be around he was friends with everyone I remember when he started driving bus for Arapaho my girl's loved him as did all the kids that had the pleasure to have him as there bus driver my condolences to his family he will be missed by many RIP Little Leo the great creator will be honored to have you sit around his throne you are truly an Angel 

He was nice man. Everyone going miss him. 

Who can begin to imagine the reunion in Heaven when you are reunited with the loved ones who have gone before.  I will try to think of that as tears fall here .  Thank you Leo for teaching me so much about love and caring and thoughtfulness . Thank you for giving the gift of your heart to the children.  Thank you for being a fireman and a brave man, and thank you for being my very good friend.   I love you.  My prayers are with Bridger, Bert and their famiies.

I remember you running around the gym in JefferyCity with your dad. You working at the store for my sister and the pranks you would play. RIP

I new Leo personally and through EMS he was a wonderful man and never walked by me without speaking. He will be forever missed.  Prayers and healing thoughts to all family and friends.   May the spirt guide him to the resting ground. 

It was always such a joy to see Leo. He was easy to talk to and had such a humble way about him.  We will miss him. Heaven has gained a beautiful soul!   Our condolences to all who have loved him. May God be with you. 

Many wonderful memories of Leo when teaching and coaching him at St.Stephens and  our visits years after graduation. What a great person he was and from a wonderful family as well.

My deepest condolences to Leo's family!  I had the privilege of working with Leo at Arapahoe School and I am so sad  to hear of his passing. He was always so positive and happy and very helpful. He was too young to be gone so soon. I hope his family can find comfort in all the wonderful memories they have of him. God bless you all!

Many good times with Leo and my kids that went to school there and had then encounters with him afterwards.

He was always proud of his work at the school and would always invite me to come and get a tour of the new school when he worked there

Dear Bridger and Bert I was so sad of hearing of Leo's passing he was a sweet man and I enjoyed visiting with him when we would see one another in town.
