Carroll, Neal

The world is a slightly duller place without Neil's incredible smile, joy and kindness. I only knew him for a short time, but he left a mark on my life. He's an incredible man and I'm so sorry for the family's loss. 

You arein my thoughts and prayers.

I am so very blessed to have been a grandson to Neal's parents, son of his sister, and nephew to Neal and 12 of his siblings. Neal, Judy, daughters and families have added many very special memories to incredible family gatherings and reunions. Love to all knowing he has Risen in Glory.

I'm sorry for your loss, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Neil and Judy had such a big impact in my life from a small kid all the way through life. Family was so important to them they passed that on to all you kids. I was so blessed to be able to spend time with them at this years reunion. We will miss his smile and his great attitude in life. Love you all. 

I was blessed to have Neil as an uncle. He was such a joy to be around, and will be missed by all of us. God bless Judy, the girls, and all their families.

I am SO sorry for the loss of this beautiful soul!!  In the short time I knew Neal, he was such a blessing and I will never forget him!  He will always be my "favorite."

I was saddened to hear of Neal's passing.  Neal was the assistant superintendant in District #25 when I was hired in 1979.  He was always a kind and caring professional. After I was on the job for six weeks, Neal came to visit me.  He was checking to see how everything was going and told me he had heard good things about my role in the library. I could not believe that he took time out of his day to visit me.  His concern for each employee was exemplary.  It certainly convinced me that we had chosen a great district in which to work.  The way he treated everyone was a model for all he encountered.  He truly liverd his faith! May your memories sustain you during this difficult time.
