Bessey, Rayola Lea
Oh, may you rest in peace and rise in glory my sweet friend. May your family find comfort in many precious memories. Oh what a blessing you have been to me for many years.
Rosanne Riley - 2/10/2025My condolences to the she will be remembered fondly as she was a wonderful person. We will miss her.
Scott & Kay Adams - 2/11/2025To know Rayola was to love and admire her. My husband had the privilege of working with her at the high school. She worked so hard for the students and always did it with a smile. I know how much she loved her grandchildren. When Clay, Cara and Kyle were in grade school, I would see her at every school program, beaming with pride. She had every right to be proud of her children and grandchildren. If Rayola saw a need, she jumped in. She never sought recognition for herself; it was simply the high bar she set for herself. The world has lost a hero, but her legacy lives on in her family. May you all find peace and comfort in the wonderful memories you have of your wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Linda & Tim Glenn - 2/12/2025It was such an honor to work along side Rayola during our years in the Guidance Office at the high school. She was such a joy! She had many little phrases for daily challenges that I still quote frequently. She was such an inspiration for me and I learned so much from her. She was indeed a very intelligent woman - she mastered that old dot matrix printer like a pro!!! She was an absolute gem. My sincerest condolences to her family.

Dear Bob and family:
I'm so sorry to read this morning of Rayola's passing. She was a friend from our eariest school days and Don and I were at the CM when you fell in love with her. Altho we drifted our separate ways as our lives went on, I always counted you guys as good friends. You have my deepest sympathies. She was a wonderful person.
I regret that I won't be able to travel to attend the services.
with much love, Donna
Donna Bleak - 2/13/2025My prayers go out to Bob and family and friends. I enjoyed doing her hair and getting to know her and Bob at Homestead. Always remember the good, happy times. Be blessed.
Vicky Williams - 2/13/2025Dear Bob, Barb, Brad & Jeanne.
What a wonderful woman! I will never forget her! Rayola made such a positive impression on my life and I still think about the advice and confidence she had in me when I had none in myself.
She lifted me up and I respected her so much!
She will be missed, but always with us :)
Much love to all of you, and prayers for comfort in your time of loss.

Windy Griffin - 2/13/2025We were so sorry to hear of Rayola's passing. Not only was she our neighbor for many years, but also the smiling face across the hall from me at RHS. There are many fond memories of lunches together (she would come across the hall) where we would take a breather and giggle and laugh over some silly thing that happened or to just lend an ear during a frustrating time. I remember when we had a pre-school in my Child Development class and she brought her grandkids for that hour. She was hurrying to get back to school in time and was pulled over by the Highway Patrol. One of the kiddos in the back seat was a little scared and asked her "Grandma, are you going to jail???" We laughed about that many times. She was a jewel ... not many like her.... Blessings to you all.
Jim & Joyce Kennedy - 2/14/2025Bob, Barbara, Brad, Jeannie, and families,
We are so sorry to hear of Rayola's passing. She was a wonderful, cheerful person. Heaven will be an even better place with its new resident!
