Dearest Family,
I grieve with you in the loss of Vern. I'll remember his smile, the twinkle in his eye and his great sense of humor. He was kind & loving & it always showed. As a child growing up whenever we had the chance to visit with your family I was always so excited and he was a part of that excitement.
Vern will be so missed as he was such a cornerstone in the family for all to look up to and know that he was there with answers or just a kind word. Your lives are forever changed because he's gone.
He touched so many throughout the years.
I feel I was Blessed to have had him as a cousin in mine.
I pray now that the Lord will send down to you a comfort that only He can give us during times like these.
Vern's gone on before us and we'll someday be joined again but until that time we must look to the Lord for the strength to carry on.
