Hoster, III, Leroy R.
Leroy was a good man and great friend. His passing was sudden but his memory will endure. He will be sorely missed.
Allan Ransom - 5/5/2010Leroy (Reloy:),
You were the best friend Rich and I had. You were loyal and loving and fun to have as a “brother” our senior year. Together we found the cave in the mountains, built a 7 floor tree house, made a 3-D maze out of bed sheets, and went swimming in the lake in February when it was still ice covered. I could on but there isn’t enough paper in the world to hold all the memories we made together. You will always be one of my best friends. I remember going rock climbing with you, though looking back it was rather stupid not to use ropes :) You were really good at making me think really dumb ideas sounded fun. I knew you would “come to the dark side” and go Army! I only spent the last 9 years trying to convince you. I’m sorry you didn’t get to see it for yourself. Rich would have loved to serve beside you. Together you guys would have been a formidable team. It’s hard to say goodbye from across the ocean but please know we love you, miss you, and will never forget you!

RIP Leroy. You were a sweet guy and you will be missed by many. My prayers go out to your family.
Rhonda Price - 5/7/2010LeRoy was a dear friend to me. For a few years he was more of a brother to me than my own brothers. He was there for me when family had turned me down and listened when I needed to vent about it. He was torn between two worlds, on one hand he wanted to be in riverton for that singular off chance he would get to see his son at Walmart, on the other hand he was looking for a valid excuse to get out of Riverton. It saddens my heart that he was robbed of his chance when he finally made one happen. My heart and prayers are with my dear friend and his surviving family members.
Mark Barrett - 5/7/2010Leroy was such a special part of our family, he was so helpful, good natured, funny and endearing. There are several times he was the first to help out when my daughter needed help with anything including the kids like when her father was critically injured, he came over and took care of the kids so we could go to Gillette to the hospital and there were numerous other things, he was always there. We loved him and will miss him terribly. May he rest in peace.

DBarrett - 5/8/2010Leroy lived with us for a while in high school. He was still in contact with us. We loved him as one of the kids and will always miss him. We wanted to attend his funeral or at least send something, but didn't find out when it was until the day after it was held. Leroy was a good person. This is all such a tragic waste. Is there something we could send his son?

I truly hope that everyone had a bond with him that will never be broken, I can only give thanks to his family for such a great person. I pray to my Goddess for help in healing the hole that has been made in peoples lives.
You will be greatly missed and always loved. Semper Fi
