Denny, Richard James "Dick"

Our love and sincere condolenses go out to my dear sister Bette,nephew Sean and the entire Denny family. We now know he is at peace and in God's house. We have some fond memories of our times together. Espescially our vist last September, when he was feeling better and enjoying his new sports car. Rest in Peace dear Brother-in law.

I am a friend of Dick from the bus barn. I miss him a lot! He bought a little red car last summer and had such a fun time with it. He always like to tell great jokes. I miss him a lot at work and all his co-workers do too!

Dick and I were members of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Boulder, CO and graduated from Boulder High School in the class of 1959. We did a lot of bumming around together and once participated in a "Stars of Tomorrow" tryout at Boulder High School, he on vocal and me on guitar. He was a unique individual and a good friend.

Dick, A few weeks ago, I was at a very small car show and there was an old Volvo 2-door like you had. This one was red. Brought back memories of driving down to Sig's wedding in OK that spring. I thought at the time I needed to call you on your birthday. Your's is the ONLY birthday I ever remember. Every year I remember it. I should of called. Miss you! We had good times.

And Betty, You had a good man, it is sad he had to leave so soon. Write me if you like.
