It was my good fortune to meet Floyd in Wyoming during visits to my sister in law's ranch near Shoshoni back in the late 80's and early 90's. He was a very kind, soft spoken man. He had a good spirit. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. The world is a much poorer place without him.
