The Samuelson's - 3/26/2025

So sad to hear of Richard's passing.  He  was an incredible human being who didn't know a stranger.

I always enjoyed seeing him whenever mom and I would be out and about somewhere, he was always so kind and mom really enjoyed visiting with him and Janice.

Heaven has gained a great man.

This was an "Oh, NO" moment to hear about Richard's passing.  We had such a great class of people and it is sad to hear when their time to leave us has come.  Richard was such a big part of our school experiences and later all the reunions and times spent.  My thoughts and prayers are with Janice and Richard's family..

To the entire Haun family,

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of your husband, dad, grandpa, great grandpa, etc. The obituary was a beautiful testimony to who this man was, and we are sure he will be greatly missed. That being said, we are sure Jesus has welcomed him home. He is probably giving Jesus some advice on how to farm the clouds in heaven. Please know that our thoughts are with you all and we will keep you in our prayers.

Richard was a great story teller and family historian. His was a life well lived, and he was loved by so many! People throughout Wyoming seemed to have a Richard story. God blessed all of us with Richard's life. I will miss him. Janice, you were his perfect mate.

Janis and family, Sorry to hear of Richards passing. I got to know him at Wyoming Livestock supply in 1979 not long after I moved here. He was a friendly, interesting, good man. We had many great times telling jokes and sharing John Deere 2 cylinder tractor stories. I thought of him aften last fall when you asked me to get several of his old tractors running. It was an honor for me to do that for him! Richard was a good friend and a great neighbor. Rest in peace sir.

What a wonderful life long friend Richard was for me. Growing up together in 4-H, Trinity Lutheran youth group, and Wyoming Lutheran youth camp was a very special group of people.

When I finally got to come back to Wyoming and would happen to see Richard, there was always a smile and "How are you Bill?"

What wonderful life long friend!!  I look forward to seeing you again soon!!

Janice, Kent, Shelia, Cindy & families;

Bob and I are so sorry to hear of Richards passing. He will be dearly missed by many Richard made his mark in life and left each one of us with a special feeling and honor of knowing him. We each have our own memories to cherish of him. A morning phone call to talk to Bob and discuss what they were going to be doing that day(just to see each other at the feeedlot or corrals a half hour later)😁; always calling me "Breezy"; calling both of our girls "Jessifer" because he couldn't remember which one was which(Jessica & Jennifer); eating cubes because "If I can't eat it, I'm not feeding it to my cows"; and don't forget those brandings with fresh, home grown Rocky Mt Oysters right of the fire😁 You had to laugh and love him at the same time. 🥰😍  Give 'em heck in Heaven Mr. Richard. You will be missed😌
