Arthur Honeycutt, 90, of Riverton passed away at the Help for Health Hospice Home on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. As were his wishes cremation will take place and no services will be held.
Arthur Dale Honeycutt was born on September 28, 1931 in North Loup, Nebraska to Everett Lewis and Martha (Jorgenson) Honeycutt. As a young child the family moved to Morton where he attended school. He also attended school in Riverton and Pavillion.
After graduating high school, he attended many trade schools in relation to the HVAC industry. He worked as a HVAC Technician nationwide. He enjoyed seeing many different areas but when it was time to retire, he returned to Riverton and family.
Arthur was instrumental in helping build and start several churches and was a charter member of several churches. He also served as a Deacon with Independent Baptist Church.
Arthur enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, woodworking, and the family sport of softball.
He is survived by his daughters, Vicki Hanson and Linda O’Doan; brothers, Ralph Petersen and Kenny Honeycutt; sister, Carol Fergusaon; twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
