Sandy (Egbert) Richard - 9/13/2007
Dear Welch Family, I'm so sorry about your loss. I never met her, as I am a friend of Lisa's, but I know Betty was deeply loved. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Rhonda Yates-Rogers - 9/16/2007Jack, Lisa, Kay and Chris: Much love to you and loving thoughts to our dear Betty. She brought lots of joy to many lives and we will always remember her generous nature and the fun we had laughing with her.
Paula & Ken Tanner - 9/16/2007Dear Welch Family,
I'm saddened to hear of your loss. Betty sounded like a wonderful woman who lived a great life. You've raised a wonderful, compassionate person in Lisa (a dear friend of mine) and the world is a better place for her. My thoughts, prayers, and sorrow are with you.
Although I never met Betty, I felt I knew her through the love of her daughter, Lisa. Lisa and I have known each other for several years, but had an instant connection when we met and became instant friends. My thoughts and prayers are with Lisa and the entire Welch family, as well as for Betty's eternal peace. My your strength of spirit hold and guide you all through this difficult time.
May God bless you and keep you.

Dear Lisa,
My heart aches for you and your family. Please know that I am keeping you close in thoughts and prayers. Take comfort in the fact that your Mother left a wonderful legacy......you.

May God and the Angels watch over and escort you on your travels home to heaven. I only met you twice, but your daughter is one of my bestest friends. May she and the rest of your family find comfort in knowing that so many are praying for you and the entire family. God Bless.
Crystal Yankasky - 9/17/2007Dear Welch Family you have my prayers and friendship always. You mother always made dish towels for me every christmas. I will miss not getting my dish towels at Christmas time. Be Blessed
Gladys Tutt- Landover Md - 9/17/2007I'm a friend of Lisa's...I'm so very sorry for your loss & hope that time will heal your pain & bring about brighter days.
AFTERGLOW
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when the day is done.
I'd like to leave an echo.....wispering softly down the ways of happy times and laughing times and bright and suuny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave behind when the day is done.
Dear Welch Family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I did not know Betty personally, but have heard great and wonderful things of her throught her daughter and my good friend, Lisa Welch-Sweeney. I know that Betty will be watching over all of you as she takes her place in heaven, and I am certain that she is proud of the amazingly strong woman that she has for a daughter. Your family has been, and will always be in my prayers.
God Bless you all,
Jeff, Holly, Joshua, and Jacob Mathews
Dear Welch Family,
My heart felt sympathy goes out to your family at this hard time. Lisa, I was in Camp Fire Girls with you as a grade schooler (in Pinedale)--(second grade maybe) & your mom was the leader. I also remember being assigned to her tent at Camp Fire Girls Camp at New Fork Lake in those early elementary years. I have nothing but great memories of her and her selfless giving of her time for the benefit of others. What a kind and gracious lady.
May the Lord comfort and sustain you all,
Kathleen (Beck) Shrader
