My Wife and I did not have the honor of meeting with Archbishop Allen Lambert, but I did have the honor of talking with Archbishop by phone just days before hearing of his passing into Glory. Our prayers are with Allen's family. We know Archbishop Allen Lambert will be missed. But one day we will be reunited with our loved ones one day in Glory. This is our hope in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God Bless You.

Sincerest Condolences on your loss. I enjoyed the many events where he was the chaplain, or just as a friend chatting on the street or at Veteran's Hall meetings. May you be comforted by your memories.
Ernie Over - 3/27/2015Archbishop Lambert,
I heard of your passing just today. I am so sorry to have heard of your departure so late, and I am just as sorry to know that I would not have made your funeral in time. I am however, comforted to have heard that your Service was very well attended. You were (and remain) one of a very few that I can call "Old Friend." I will miss you more than my words allow me to express. I will also miss receiving your endless wisdom over the telephone and Skype. But we will meet again, one day. In the meantime however, I will take the honor of sending you-off with the same blessing that you yourself delivered, more times than I can count: "May the Peace of the Lord be with you always, ages unto ages..." Godspeed, Old Friend. Until we meet again...
Your Friend ALWAYS,
