Maxson, Gordon "Roy"

All of us from Life Care Center of Casper would like to send our condolences and prayers. We were sad and happy to see Roy go home from rehab. We were selfishly sad because we were going to miss his smile, hugs, and overall bright and shining personality. We were here for him to get him healthy, but he touched our lives each and every day. He was a very kind and calming soul. He also touched the lives of his fellow residents and made many friends while with us. He will be greatly missed. Thank you so much for sharing him with us.

So sorry for your loss. Sending love and prayers to all of the Maxson Families. He was Randell's pen pal in elementary school. So glad he and Twila are together again.

Roy will be missed here but welcomed on the other side. He was like my other father and I'm so thankful he and all of his family are part of our lives. RIP, Roy. My love and hugs to all of you.

The John Herbst III Family would like to send our condolences to the Roy Maxson Family. We will miss Roy greatly. He was such a wonderful and kind man. Enjoyed riding on his busses from one sporting event to another. May the Lord bless you at this sad time.

Loved Roy to death; Twila, too! Such great people, always going out of their way to bring joy to others. I have favorite memories of riding on the athletic buses with the teams and cheerleaders--I sat on the console by his drivers seat, we drank Coke ate peanuts and talked until we got home. Kids who didn't have the chance to ride his bus missed a lot. He had a great family; he will be truly missed.

Roy and Twila were always good friends with my parents and family. My prayers go out to the family. Roy always had a smile on his face and something good to say.

Saddened by the loss of Roy as he was truly one of the kindest men I ever met. He was my mentor, my friend and I loved him to pieces. He taught me so much over the years and I cherish all our visits. God speed Roy and prayers to the family for your loss.

I HAVE SO MANY HAPPY MEMORIES OF ROY AT THE SHOSHONI SCHOOL, AT CHRISTMAS TIME HIM & TWILA MADE SURE (all) ROOMS HAD A POINSETTA, HE MADE THE BEST SANTA,THE LIST GOES ON & ON. WHAT A SPECIAL PERSON HE WAS. ALL OUR LOVE & PRAYERS TO ALL THE MAXON FAMILY.

Losing someone I’ve known and loved through the years is nothing easy; my heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family.
I will surely miss the presence of a truly loveable and kind person.
Knowing that I’ve have been able to be a part of the life experiences with fond memories through the years, I realize that we are all blessed to have been able to share in Roy’s life.
