Am very sorry to hear of Rod's passing. At times like this, we are taken back to our childhoods and the neighbors and friends we grew up with.
I'm sure he will be missed, but memories will be there for comfort.

Thoughts and Prayers to Patty, Robyn and Rod..

I have to share a fond memory of when I first met Rod (I was 14 years old). He had been dating my cousin for a few weeks and I thought I would welcome him to the family (or scare him off). He showed up at our house to pick up Jane and I met him at the door with a shot gun and asked him what his intentions were. He handled it all in stride and answered me with a very sincere response. "I will treat her like a princess and promise to always take good care of her". He was a man of his word - Rod you will be missed!!

To the family of Rodney Bracken .I'm so very sorry to hear of Rod's passing he was a great husband to my sister Jane he was also a great brother in law . we love Rod very much and will miss him even more !! Dear Robin, Rod and Patty Lee,

Your father was a good man who loved each of you dearly. He was there the minute you each took your first breath and held and kissed you softly, welcoming you into this ol' world as you began life's journey. Time brings many changes to our lives, but the love of a child and parent will always hold strong. I pray that Gods blessings and peace will comfort you at this difficult time. He would be so proud to see each of you today as you send him on his way to his final journey.

We will miss you Rod, I guess last year was our last trip to Wy. As we were leaving Roger and I knew it was the last time we would see you. Happy Jade and rock hunting. we had fun the last couple years in the Red desert.
