Though I didn't know your mother personally, I do know that she had to be someone very special to be the mother of such a wonderful, caring and capable family. May she truly find peace in heaven now.

Your Mom was an amazing person. I always looked forward to the times
she would come to the post office. She was such a delight to visit
with. She will be missed by all who who were blessed with knowing her.

Yeah no doubt Willa was a great mother. If you know her family you already know that.But I am not sure "fiercely independent" comes even close to describing her. She is one of the toughest humans I have ever met and probably walked a million miles in Shoshoni alone.

My condolences to the Metcalf family. I can't really remember a time she wasn't here. And can not really imagine how much you will miss her.

Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Willa was a great lady who always made us kids feel right at home when we were there. Loved how she always kept her yard up so nice. Prayers to all for healing and God speed Willa
