Thoughts and Prayers for Penny's family, friends and loved ones.  I worked with Penny on the ambulance when I first started my journey in EMS.  She was kind, firm and loved her family.  Thank you for teaching me the ropes, I will miss you.

Penny, you were one in a million:  strong, compassionate, reliable, serious when appropriate, but also possessing a great sense of humor!  I miss the chats when you were part of EMS; you cared so much for the people you served.  The world will be poorer without the brightest PENNY of all.  You will be missed by so many families, friends, coworkers.  You earned your wings, lady! 👼

Penny was such an inspiration and mentor to so many in the Fremont County EMS community!   A beautiful person whom I was blessed to know!   Sorry for your loss!

Penny, your warm smile and tender voice always made me warm inside,  mostly when I needed it on the ambulance. We had a lot of good talks. Looking at your smile now, puts a smile on my face. So warm and beautiful, you will be missed. God bless you.

I met Penny in Church. She always greeted me and made me feel that I belonged.
She talked me into running for a place in the Parish Council, where I had the joy to participate with her building up community.

I grew up living next to Penny. She was a second mom to me.      Condolences to her family.  You will be forever loved and missed Penny.
